RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Complete daily Sanitation task list that includes, but is not limited to:

Cleaning building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.

Performing routine sanitizing of various types of production equipment using power praying equipment and sanitizing chemicals.

Separating garbage that is commingled with cardboard.

Depositing and baling cardboard in appropriate baler for recycling.

Depositing garbage in appropriate receptacles.

Cleaning restrooms and breakroom.

Safely working with a variety of sanitizing chemicals.

Notifying management of equipment that is not working properly.

Performing other duties as assigned by sanitation lead or other management.

Performing all duties in compliance with USDA or FDA, OSHA and state and local regulations and company policies and procedures; including safety guidelines and the use of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs).
