Job Description


  • Produce as-built drawings of sites by visiting each location as needed. Performs preliminary site assessment by gathering and reviewing site layouts, building elevations, floor plans, and other criteria as necessary.
  • Evaluates and assists with the design of the overall site layout and obtains all approvals by providing site specific plans, drawings and renderings, and appropriate recommendations.
  • Design equipment plans and gathers merchandising layout by conferring with Marketing and providing site-specific scope of work.
  • Create and maintain in-house website of floor plans, drawings, and photographs of each site.
  • Assists the Facilities Team ordering equipment by issuing Purchase Orders.
  • Coordinate & track deliveries for projects.
  • Maintain Facilities “Spec Book” and costs; ensure that changes are distributed to team; update files.
  • Responsible for waste management and payments.
  • Analyze utility consumption; verify outliers and repair or re-train personnel to reduce usage.
  • Contract Management; create Facilities related contracts & obtain insurance forms ensuring that all do not lapse.
  • Receive mail, open and distribute to proper Facilities Team members.
  • Review statements from contractors to ensure invoices are paid; investigate discrepancies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed including administrative type tasks.
  • Facilitate office needs.
  • Help develop the Facilities Team by encouraging personal development and growth.


  • Must be computer literate in Auto Desk AutoCAD software, Word, Excel, Adobe Photoshop, and other software as needed.
  • Requires 2 – 3 years of experience working in construction, marketing or service management. Retail facility design is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical design is preferred.
  • C–Store and fuel maintenance experience preferred but not required
  • Must possess the ability to manage multiple tasks and strong attention to detail.
  • Must maintain a positive team attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Must be able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities as described above
  • Must be knowledgeable in store marketing, image and company operations.
