Responsibilities:  

  • Assist in coordinating trips/itineraries with marketing and the community outreach committee for various needs at events and functions
  • Daily preparation of Brand Vehicle products and services at community events or corporate functions
  • Operate Brand Vehicle safely and responsibly to/from events of varying distances
  • Perform administrative tasks associated with travel to/from and activities occurring at scheduled events
  • Maintain daily health, safety, sanitation and other required standards
  • Coordinate with event site or store management to ensure adequate inventory and ensuring proper ordering and delivery of product for scheduled events
  • Serve products and/or interact with public, press and local dignitaries in a personable and professional manner that fosters good will and promotes a positive company image
  • Executes day-to-day operations by scheduling events, ordering food and supplies, and maintaining the Brand Vehicle
  • Source event opportunities to maximize brand exposure
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Food service experience including some exposure to food service processes and procedures
  • Must obtain required Food Service certificates (Serve-Safe) is applicable
  • Possess valid Driver’s License with good driving record
  • Ability to use his/her hands in order to handle or grasp items of varying weight
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills to read, listen, understand and communicate information
  • Ability/capacity to work under pressure
  • Works well independently and in team settings
  • Must be able to maintain a positive team attitude and professional demeanor at all times and be confident in interacting with all levels of the organization and public
  • Must be able to work a non-standard schedule, travel up to 100%, and may include some overnights
