  • Analyze field operations needs and confer with the responsible mid and upper management personnel to determine performance gaps and identify the training required to address them
  • Assist the training organization with managing and documenting organizational knowledge and changes in order to maintain current and relevant employee development programs and meet the on-going needs of the Retail Operations group
  • Support Regional Operations Directors and area personnel at all levels as a primary communicator of Retail Operations policies
  • Communicate and initiate the training processes, training & communication schedules, and training agenda’s for the assigned Regions, Market, and Store Management groups, and the included field and store employees
  • Coordinate, train and monitor the scheduling of the delivery of CSR, Assistant Manager and Manager Training Programs and the management of the related on-the-job training
  • Communicate regularly and diligently with Regional Operations Directors, Market Managers and other Training staff with regard to training needs, compliance and reporting in order to maintain effective and comprehensive training in the assigned areas
  • Train Market Managers, providing them the skills and processes necessary to train employees under them and keep them in legal and business compliance to meet company objectives
  • Maintain instructor certifications as required by all local state, federal and city agencies for compliance training required in the region
  • Manage the Training records of personnel, including CSRs, Assistant Managers, Store Managers and Market Managers and monitor compliance with training requirements for all classes taught within the assigned areas
  • Maintain full current and proficient skills on all in-store systems and equipment, including, but not limited to POS and back office systems
  • Conduct other special projects with flexibility and good communication skills with retail management, and maintain a broad knowledge of operations
