  • Participate as part of the global foodservice team to contribute to research, development, testing, roll out and planning activities
  • Actively participate with the category development project teams to create new training and partner with the Execution Team and the BU to pilot training, offers and innovations for future category growth
  • Responsible for coordinating with the Food Safety and Quality Assurance Directors ensuring that training meets all FSQA and HAACP requirements
  • Communicating both verbally and in writing the performance abilities of the learner to executive management
  • Identify, suggest, train, and continuously develop in-store training, ensuring that the manager and assistant manager training programs are executed as outlined in the online manual
  • Regularly communicate and share best practices with Europe Foodservice training resources
  • Flexible with working hours and travel to support all global ways of working
  • Accountable for consulting with Senior Management in analyzing training needs, effectiveness, delivery methods and concerns
  • Accountable for training completion rates for each business unit, delivering superior results
  • Manage the implementation of computer based training field processes and other automated learning processes that have been developed for specific training subjects
  • Manage the recommendation, implementation, and evaluation training processes and programs for all levels of retail management and each particular job function
  • Manage the distribution and training of instruction manuals and materials
  • Must assure the effectiveness of the trainers in their key roles as promoters of the company programs, processes, vision and values
  • Must be able to lead and coordinate trainer activity through continuous policy and practice changes, as well as the introduction of new programs and processes
