Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage team of Business Unit superusers to configure, define test scenarios, define test plans, execute test scenarios, upgrade and maintain the labor and task management system
  • Develop and evolve labor standards to refine how we look at labor to support our teams and deliver great service to our customers
  • Define a task management standards that elevate execution and efficiency
  • Coach Business Units on how to use tools provided to manage their labor requirements
  • Provide content for training materials to support changes and upgrades to system
  • Provide feedback and input on user documentation
  • Define and manage user acceptance testing of the system
  • Manage to optimal system usability
  • Provides first line support for all division superusers
  • Coordinate functional changes to system
  • Manage functional aspects of system upgrade(s)
  • Provide informal, one-to-one coaching for superusers and Business Unit leadership

Qualifications/ Skills

  • 5+ years’ experience with Labor and Task Management systems
  • 5+ years' project management
  • Strong working knowledge of labor management components of time, forecasting, scheduling and task management
  • Experience implementing and supporting Labor and Task Management applications
  • Experience defining processes, test scenarios and executing test plans
  • Experience in retail operations beneficial
  • Has good business process knowledge
  • Possesses good change management skills
  • Demonstrated strong communications skills
  • Problem Solver with ability to visualize a variety of outcomes
  • Detail Oriented
