Job Description


  • Monitor security incidents and provide real time response and reporting to include but not limited to robbery, burglary, internal/external incident reporting and internal/external communications.
  • Acknowledge alarms and dispatch emergency personnel as needed.
  • Handles security issues or emergency situations appropriately. Contacts Emergency Services, such as Police and Fire Departments.
  • Monitor stores via real time camera security systems.
  • Provide call center level support utilizing phone and email supporting field operations.
  • Monitor and provide support using Access Control software.
  • Data entry into multiple security software solutions.
  • Support Company with Security and Loss Prevention needs.
  • Prepares and Manages Reports as directed.
  • Communicate effectively with the Security Team to assure business continuity.
  • Ability to handle both common and crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
  • Must display exceptional quality customer service and communication skills.
  • Neat and professional appearance.
