The role

The role identifies and drives continuous operational excellence of the full B2B sales and service value process across all Circle K’s European Business Units. It is key to the role to ensure a continuous development of Circle Ks operational sales and service maturity level by defining and prioritizing concrete initiatives and driving the implementation hands-on, that will ensure sustainable tangible results. The role has the solid operational experience that will ensure that solutions are of high operational quality and therefore will be adopted and can be implemented with speed. Understands and has strong competence in leveraging technology in delivering operational excellence.

Key responsibility

  • Deliver lean and operational excellence in prioritized sales and customer service processes across several BUs
  • Analysis of processes and functions and identify improvement potential, that makes it easier for the customers and sales reps in day-to day operations
  • Design new processes and implement across BUs
  • Document new processes, define KPIs measures and follow up on business effects
  • Secure process optimizations are implemented in CRM systems
  • Drive incremental change with quality and speed and ensure adoption of new practices
  • Support other relevant functions with sales and service enabling improvements (e.g. training, digital and commercial development)

Previous experience

  • Proven knowledge of and experience with process improvement and sales and service operational excellence within International B2B sales environment 
  • International project management experience or experience from a similar role in a complex international sales organization or from a consulting role working with sales and service excellence processes
  • Experience with hands-on analysis, design, documentation, implementation and change management
  • Proven experience with technology,(i.e CRM platforms for sales and Service) as enabler for operational excellence
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver large change projects in a multinational and multi-stakeholder environment
  • Proven commercial acumen and ability to understand B2B business and customer sales and service journeys and expectations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills & track record of delivering excellent results within tight timelines
  • Proven excellent communication and co-operation skills
  •  7+ years of international experience with operational excellence organizations and projects

Education profile

  •   Preferred with Master in relevant degree (business administration, economics, industrial engineering, sales/marketing, etc.)
  •   Fluent in English (oral and written)
  •   Lean and process re-engineering

Location

  • Preferred Copenhagen or Riga
