We are looking for a positive and organized IT Support professional to develop a career in our  multinational Service Desk team, delivering quality with friendly attitude to Users from Poland, Russia, Nordic and Baltic countries. 


  • Support users in daily operation issues
  • Proactive monitoring of applications and infrastructure
  • Document solutions into Knowledge Base articles to improve service delivery and quality
  • Support and troubleshoot enterprise applications, client server and web-based solutions
  • Connectivity and networking support and troubleshooting in complex, multi-site LAN/WAN environment


  • 1 Year experience at IT support position 
  • Comprehensive understanding of IT technology and  support systems
  • Advanced MS Windows skills and MS Office skills
  • Fluent English, verbal and written is required
  • Experience in IP Networks, Active Directory, Remote tools as an advantage
  • Ability to work independently
