GLOBAL FUELS

Fuel Distribution for Europe

Team Europe is responsible for planning and executing fuel deliveries to our company-owned and partner sites all over Europe. Every day we plan over 200 trucks to secure product availability at locations across Europe. We plan routes, quantities, and products for each delivery. If there is any problem in the process, we are the first to know and prevent any issues in the stations related to fuels. We must see sites' patterns and analyse them to determine the best truck routing; otherwise, we directly contribute to the stations' fuel prices.

Fuel Distribution for the USA

Frank Sinatra used to sing about New York as a city that never sleeps. The North American fuel distribution team would like to disagree with the great singer. The city of Riga never sleeps, as we dispatchers tirelessly watch over our fuel delivery logistics and operations day and night.

From the West coast to the East coast. From the deepest and hottest valleys in Nevada to the highest and coldest peaks in Colorado. From the busiest streets in the city of Angels to the greenest meadows in the Midwest. More than 2000 locations are overseen by the Riga team and we do our absolute best to ensure they have enough fuel for our customers. We provide support to hundreds of our drivers with advice and a friendly hand 24/7 in the most unthinkable circumstances, and we really appreciate this opportunity to engage with all kinds of different personalities that we meet each day.

“For myself, the most exciting part about being a fuel deliveries planner in this team is the tremendous pace of growth. In roughly a year and a half, this team has increased in size almost every month. Without having any background in logistics, I was welcomed in this team and I have since then welcomed dozens of new colleagues myself, as well as supported transitions of operations from the USA.” — Toms,
