Enterprise Applications Support
We support several business-critical enterprise applications, including the Enterprise Resource Planning system Oracle JD Edwards (JDE), the procurement system Ariba, the scanning tool Abbyy, and the job scheduling tool Automic. Our primary role is to serve as a bridge between business users and technical support vendors. We participate in various projects and support the business by testing end-to-end business processes. In Riga, our team specifically supports Retail Site Operations, with a focus on Convenience Item Master Data, Station Sales processes, and Fuel deliveries.
Salesforce Implementation and Support
Our Customer Relationship Management system is Salesforce, and it plays a crucial role in several business processes, such as selling EV chargers, offering services, and providing support to B2B customers.
Integrations platforms
We are using Oracle SOA and Kubernetes services to develop integrations between applications and
with external systems and vendors.

Octane - is used to manage expected gross margin percentages and cost prices for articles, ensuring accurate financial data. Octane is part of the wet stock management system, handling various aspects such as point of sale, forecourt management, and card management
Relex - enhances forecasting accuracy and optimizes inventory management by using AI and advanced analytics. This helps businesses align demand planning, merchandising, supply chain, and operations planning, driving profitable growth and efficiency
PayPartner360 is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) card payments platform that manages card authorizations, account management, clearing and settlement, fraud prevention, and loyalty programs.
Business Intelligence
We are using Microsoft Power BI as company business analytics tool. There are few people in Riga who are developing
BI reports for business.
Robotics Process Automation and Virtual Customer Assistants
We have a team in Riga that develops RPA (Robotic Process Automation) processes for the business globally, not just in Europe. The RPA platform we use is Microsoft Power Automate. Over 60 processes have been automated, including tasks like Finance Manual Journal postings and issuing payment document copies to customers. Additionally, we provide technical support to our business teams for implementing Chatbots for customer support.
