HUMAN RESOURCES

People Team

Some call it the Human Resource Department, we call it The People Team. The People Team supports our great employees and leaders through various services to make their journey as easy as possible. The People Team consists of more than 25 professionals who represent 4 functional teams.

HR Administration Team

We are specialists in everything as HR Administration is the field where IT, HSE, Finances, Facility Management, and local labour law meet. We are detail-orientated, very familiar with unpredictability and we never have the same day twice.

HR Management and Recruitment Team

We organise the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, work with performance, development, and engagement, as well as support leaders and employees throughout their journey together with Circle K.

HR Systems Development Team

We support our great employees with the development and maintenance of our main HR system. We make sure our employees can attend online training, set their goals in the system, follow their performance as well as see open vacancies, and much more. We are technicians for the system!

HR Analytics Team

We create and provide HR-related statistics and analysis to our management, business units, and other HR department teams. We keep track of how many employees work in our global network, how many of them have got a promotion this year, how many of them have taken sick leave, or how many of them have gone on maternity or paternity leave.

What some of our employees say about working in HR team.

“We need to work at a very fast pace and with high accuracy, so it is a highly challenging but interesting job. We are always keen to get proficient in handling a lot of different data tasks. We also like that we have a great degree of control and freedom within our job!” — Kajs,

“In the HR department every working day is different, and you never know what will happen next! In one day, we can meet several candidates with different backgrounds and goals, we can laugh and sometimes even cry together with our employees, we can build a development path and can encourage and advise our leaders. Sometimes it is so easy to manage it all, but mostly it gives an opportunity to help and to make someone happy!” — Elizabete,

“Being a part of the facility management team is an eminent responsibility. The well-being of the office population is our duty, we treat everyone equally with great attention. Not a single request from our employees is neglected. The key to success – delivery of outstanding service – is a strong team with professionals, working as one unit, with great trust and a sense of responsibility to each other.” — Edgars,
