  • Provides Human Resources administrative support by researching/ responding to employee/vendor inquiries in a professional manner via written correspondence or verbal interaction in a call center environment.
  • Tracks employee inquiries and resolutions by recording employee interactive discussion comments in PeopleSoft.
  • Maintains benefits and payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering data into PeopleSoft; making payroll adjustments, when appropriate.
  • Keeps management apprised of issues or concerns regarding employee benefit plans, personnel and/or payroll related issues.
  • Administers premium payment process by producing reports and tracking status of premium payments. Validate benefit plan accounts by reconciling provider reports vs. premium deductions and prepares billing statements for payment authorization.
  • Process premium payments for employees on leave of absence by reviewing paycheck data in PeopleSoft.  Notify employees of continuation of benefits and submission of premium payments while on a leave of absence.
  • Ensure compliance with business requirements, policies and regulations by enforcing adherence to corporate systems, policies and governmental regulations; advising management on any needed actions.
  • Comply with federal, state and local legal and regulatory requirements; auditing and enforcing adherence to requirements.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


  • Associate’s degree in business or related field preferred.  Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted.
  • Must be computer literate in Word and Excel; experience using PeopleSoft preferred.
  • Must have excellent customer service and phone skills.
