The position will be part of the Global Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team providing financial guidance to the CMO team.  As a business partner, you will help drive performance across the CMO Team from a financial and operational perspective.  This position provides information to facilitate CMO management decisions with respect to CMO OPEX / CAPEX through financial analysis; ad hoc data requests and problem solving; researching and analyzing accounting data; and preparing period reporting.


Reporting and controlling:

  • Prepare and interpret financial reports by compiling and analyzing financial data from disparate sources and summarizing account information and trends
  • Analyzes and tracks period financial reports versus budget and prior year performance and provides comments
  • Ensure Department cost are controlled and anticipates any risks/opportunities
  • Assisting CMO leadership team & CMO networks with ad hoc financial analysis, overall performance insights
  • Researches variances to budget; Corrects booking errors by submitting re-class requests

Business planning:

  • Leading and coordinating overall business planning process across CMO networks
  • Coordinating and aligning process and deliveries across stakeholders
  • Coordinating and aligning CAPEX needs/targets/plans as well as category plans across stakeholders
  • Supporting overall strategy and ambition level setting
  • Supporting key business streams (Advertising planning, category planning) with ad-hoc deliveries
  • Leading CMO department cost and FTE budgeting process

Finance Business Partner:

  • Leading finance streams and deliveries in business development projects
  • Developing and/or reviewing business cases for CMO capital investment projects
  • Presenting performance and results in various arenas/networks
  • Supporting with various admin tasks during organizational changes and projects
  • Performing various internal and external benchmarks


  • Ensures compliance with requirements, policies and regulations by enforcing adherence to corporate systems, policies and governmental regulations.
  • Assists with special projects as needed.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related KRAs as needed.
  • Traveling required – approx. 25-35% of the time


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business with 7-10 years relevant experience preferably in financial analysis, strategic planning, or budgeting and forecasting
  • Must have advanced knowledge in Excel; working knowledge PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.  And an aptitude to learn new tools / systems
  • Experience working with accounting applications such as PDI & JDE would be a plus
  • Must have strong analytical and quantitative abilities; Must have strong attention to detail while being able to synthesis information
  • Experience working with large and complex datasets
  • Must have strong communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of management.
  • Comfortable working independently, in cross-functional teams, and in a global role
  • Must be willing to adapt to a dynamic business environment, balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Have an entrepreneurial and commercial mindset with a strong drive to Make IT easy
