  • Manage CAP site construction project activity (DOSS contract related projects, POS upgrades, image related upgrades, capital projects, site re-branding)
  • Work with Facilities Director to assure company facilities are properly functioning with respect to electrical, mechanical, structural, POS, environmental, and communications systems, and that the facilities are safe and appealing to the general public.
  • Assist with the coordination of maintenance related environmental compliance activity associated with fueling systems.
  • Assist with maintenance vendor dispatch as needed and work to assure effective vendor utilization of and administration of our maintenance management software (Office Trax / Yardi).
  • Serve as a resource with capital improvement projects from development of the project scope, scheduling, and budgeting to completion of the work.
  • Provide assistance to the Facilities Director with the development of project budgets; obtaining proper capital expense authorization; refining bid specifications, plans, & contracts; performing bid evaluations; selecting contractors; and providing ongoing cost, schedule, and budget progress evaluation.  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, relationship building, administration and vendor management skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude.     
  • Knowledge of current industry equipment functionality.   
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University or significant related work experience.
  • 10 years industry related maintenance work/project management experience.
