  • Prepare and review contracts and correspondence for all dealer transactions
  • Responsible for overseeing the monitoring, drafting and enforcing of all elements of wholesale contracts
  • Resolve inconsistencies on Contract Request Forms and correspondence and suggest alternatives and resolutions
  • Monitor and enforce internal Delegations of Authority and compliance mandates (SOX) pertaining to Circle K’s publicly traded company status
  • Assist with departmental support of SOX audits
  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of Dealer implementations and terminations
  • Independently coordinate Admin projects with very minimal direction
  • Provide company wide information on changes, additions and terminations on a daily basis
  • Manage updates on dealer status to ensure proper billing and company communications and repository storage via internal systems (InSite, Yardi and Doc Locator)
  • Compile data and prepare reports for management review and analysis
  • Excellent communication skills, both in writing and speaking
  • Proficient in Word and Excel, including advanced topics such as mail merge and advanced Excel functions (with provided training)
  • Ability to multi-task manage shifting priorities and deadlines and contribute extra hours as needed
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of business information
  • Self-motivated, inquisitive and detail oriented
  • Fluent with databases as well Accounting and Document preparation software
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College or University in a related field
