RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Designs, builds and implements strategic sourcing and talent acquisition programs.
    • Participate in the employer branding initiatives
    • Explores proactive, traditional and innovative approaches to Talent Acquisition.
    • Balances providing subject matter expertise with fostering open communication.
  • Provides strategic leadership in the development and execution of recruitment strategies
  • Identifies relevant indicators to monitor programs and their performance. Tracks key Talent Acquisition metrics, including lead and lag measures. Ensures team achieves results. Acts as a key advisor to senior management on the development of overall policy and long-term goals of the company.
  • Promotes an environment of creativity and innovation focused on useable improvements, as well as breakthroughs that support the organization's mission and further its vision. Champions implementation of approaches that improve Talent Acquisition processes, approaches, tools and outcomes.
  • Plans, conducts and directs work on complex projects and programs necessitating the origination and application of new and unique approaches.
  • Provides recommendations and consults with business leaders on Human Resources and Talent Acquisition strategies.
  • Ensures that Talent Acquisition goals are in alignment with company objectives. Ensures initiatives are implemented to achieve optimum results.
  • Influences key stakeholders, providing partnership and support to bring consensus to the company’s recruitment mission.
  • Ensures candidates experience an exceptional talent acquisition process.

Take note that the position can be located in one of the following Service Centers: Laval, Minneapolis, Columbus or Charlotte.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field;


Experiences:

  • Minimum 10 to 15 years’ experience in the recruitment field including a minimum of 5 years in building high level recruitment strategies and managing complex projects;

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Proven experience implementing a successful talent acquisition strategy that results in competitive advantage and accelerates business results;
  • Demonstrated success leading broad organization changes within budget and on schedule while meeting customer expectations;
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies, marketing plans, policies and programs;
  • Ability to provide strategic thought leadership; build strong relationships with superiors, peers and subordinates; collaborate across the organization; and influences without direct authority;
  • Able to deal with immediate priorities while anticipating and planning for strategic future needs;
  • Advanced Ability to communicate and make recommendations to upper management;
  • Superior analytical skills and proven experience in building business cases;
  • Advanced Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities

Linguistics criteria :

  • Based on equal qualifications, preference will be given to bilingual candidates.
