•         Fostering strategic business relationships with dealer network

•         Oversees and establishes territory targets as it relates to volume, rent and retail standards

•         Evaluate employee performance and implements individual development plans

•         Identifies and develops YTD targets and objectives for wholesale incomes (Volumes / Margins / Profitability / Rents)

•         Ownership of area’s profit & loss statements

•         Develop marketing and sales strategies to secure account contracts, develop new accounts and enhance business growth and profitability

•         Ensures brand execution to achieve sales/volume targets and increase brand visibility within assigned area

•         Responsible for strategically developing assets, maximizing profit centers and identifying/implementing capital improvement projects, ensuring ROIs/ROAs.

•         Responsible for ensuring environmental compliance at all company owned locations

•         Renewing all existing business and growing new DOSS business
