Job Description

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Works with the Fuel Manager and Director to plan and coordinate activities necessary to successfully accomplish tasks.
  • Works closely with Fuels Analyst and branded partners in helping with reporting and marketing and mystery shop program execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Complete daily and weekly reporting on commodity moves, market pricing and performance.
  • Assist Fuel Analyst on branded fuel providers mystery shop performance and site level cure follow-ups.
  • Communicates with Stores and Market Managers on mystery shops and other follow-up items related to CAF, Marketing programs, etc.
  • Works closely with Fuel Analyst and Fuels manager on improving and streamlining Fuels related documentation on Inner Circle used by Operations and Fuels.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Recently graduated or actively enrolled pursuing bachelor’s degree in Business or Science.
  • Must be well organized and possess ability to handle multiple responsibilities under assigned deadlines with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must be proficient in MS WORD, MS EXCEL, and MS POWERPOINT.
  • Must be a strong time manager and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be willing to adapt quickly to changing responsibilities.
  • Must be able to communicate with all levels of management.
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
