Job Description

Within Global Fuels the role of Fuels Brand Manager will be to aide in the development and execution of our Circle K Fuel Value Proposition. Primary purpose will be to support the execution of our Circle K Fuel Brand strategy. This role will play an integral part in the Circle K >2,100 fuel rebrands prior to 2022.  This role will also be responsible to aide in the development of our fuels guarantee program, national fuel campaigns, grand openings and community programs.  The role of Fuels Brand Manager will support Global Fuels in successfully achieving Circle K’s objective to Become the World’s Preferred Destination for Fuel.


  • Manage rebrand program for all Circle K rebrands – integration with BUs, timing,

  promotional organization, etc. 

  • Work with BU’s and Sourcing for rebrand proposals
  • Ensure graphics are in place and all punch-list items have been completed

Ensure all fuel forecourt amenities are in place

  • Circle K Fuels Brand Strategy Execution

Brand planning

Work with facilities group from a brand element prep/timing

Ensure all brand elements are in place/executed to standard

  • Product - Circle K Fuels brand

Coordination with sourcing on additive selection and timing

  • Fuels Guarantee

Create fuels guarantee strategy, graphics, manage implementation

Collaborate with Sourcing

Fuels guarantee graphics usage

  • National Fuel Campaigns Execution


Coordinate operational execution with Operations

  • Community Programs

Develop and create community program strategy

  • Grand Openings Execution

Coordinate Grand Openings with BUs - ensure timing and all sites

execute program.


  • Degree in business or an associates degree program with a primary focus in marketing,
  • Experience within relevant work can compensate for lack of formal education
  • >5 years within Fuels Marketing or Marketing
  • Consumer Experience insight.
  • Experience in Project Management.
  • Knowledge around market analyses
  • Knowledge of fuel brand marketing programs a plus
  • Fluency in English, both written and oral
