We’re looking for a talented Business & Financial Analyst to play a key role on the Global Loyalty team.  As we continue to grow our business, we are looking to dramatically expand our team, as well as our loyalty offerings and personalization capabilities.  You’ll be at the center of this transformation, working together with our team to help drive growth across the business through various loyalty initiatives.

We are looking for someone with strong financial acumen, who is process-oriented, analytical and able to roll their sleeves up to get things done.  We want to talk to you if:

Our ideal candidate would be:

Finance & Strategy driven – you have experience in a finance-related role, preferably within the marketing or loyalty arena and you understand the different cogs that make a business run to create airtight business cases across loyalty programs and initiatives.

Advanced Analytically – demonstrated experience in leveraging both financial metrics, as well as customer analytics to build robust financial models.  You understand how to work closely with robust analytics tools and teams; clearly communicating what is needed to drive a strong financial understanding around loyalty and/or marketing programs and initiatives.

A proven collaborator – able to get things done without formal authority; working across internal and external stakeholders, geographies and levels throughout the organization to build robust models and financial plans.

The role requires a high level of financial and analytical skill as well as a talent for working in a close-knit environment.  You’ll need to be able to build a compelling business case for making things happen – blending art and science to influence and direct others.

Essential Functions:

  • Own the development of the full business case for defined loyalty program(s).

  • Develop financial models to understand the costs/benefits of rolling out new loyalty initiatives. Be able to generate assumptions and build scenarios for various financial outcomes.

  • Create presentations that showcase the business value and rationale of rolling out new loyalty initiatives. Be able to tailor the presentations to various audiences (business units, executives, merchandising) based on their needs.

  • Model the impact various loyalty benefits and offers will have on current pricing and promotional strategy; working closely with global merchandising teams

  • Partner with analytics teams to create dashboards and reports that highlight key financial metrics.

  • Work independently or collaborate with other global functions, in the following areas: promotions, campaigns, analytics, operations and technology.

  • Provide financial and analytical support to ad-hoc cross-functional loyalty projects as needed.

  • Communicate program performance in a clear and insightful way to the business to facilitate timely and informed decision making.

Key requirements:

  • Experience in a Loyalty, Marketing or Customer Analytics environment is highly preferred.

  • Experience in analyzing marketing key drivers, pricing/cost analytics, and loyalty programs preferred

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams on new processes and ways of working to improve efficiencies

  •  Ability to execute in the short-term while simultaneously thinking long-term

  • Highly collaborative and results-driven

  • Fast-learner, eager to dive in and bring relevant experience to a new role

  • Ability to simply communicate complex financial models to various stakeholders across the business

  • Problem-solver with excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail

  • Time-management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple, competing priorities.


  • BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science) or equivalent

  • Minimum 2+ years working experience in data analysis and/or financial modeling.

  • Project Management competencies is a plus

  • Proficient in databases (PowerBI, Tableau, and SQL) and Microsoft Office including; Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access.
