Job Description

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of consumer insights as well as product categories knowledge.
  • Collaborate on the briefing process for creative & content development.
  • Cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the execution of all retail campaigns while ensuring consumer focus, efficient execution, and sales maximization.
  • Assist or support in all areas of marketing communications including social content, internal communications, field communications, intranet, website, etc.
  • Assist and help administer all field support programs and tools, such as grand openings, POP Inventory warehouse system (Fish Bowl), etc.
  • Administer budget and invoicing process for the Marketing Team.
  • Responsible for servicing Operations inquiries and issues-resolution.
  • Provide administrative and planning support to Marketing and Merchandising Team.
  • Evaluate and provide marketing support to other internal departments as necessary.
  • Source and/or research consumer, industry and competitive trends.
  • Lead and Assist in special projects as required.
  • This is an evolving position and responsibilities may change over time.

Profile Requirements:

  • Post -Secondary education, preferably within a Marketing discipline
  • Results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Creative thinker who thrives at thinking outside the box.
  • Strong project management and multi-tasking skills, attention to details a must.
  • Proven data analysis and problem solving skills.
  • Proven ability to articulate concepts through excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with individuals at various levels.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
