Essential Functions:

  • Data/Best Practice gathering & analyzing of all current Operations Reporting tools used across North America.
  • Create gap analysis of needed reporting and what future reporting needs will be for NA.
  • Establish and lead committees from the BU’s and Shared Service’s support teams on work streams created from the studies.
  • Train Operations Teams on usage of reporting tools current and future state.
  • Use the data from the studies to establish solutions for future portfolio of Operations Reporting and Dashboard creation.
  • Lead implementation for store level automation of Store Level functions from the Store Capability Mapping study.
  • Research new tools & propose/implement solutions that saves Store teams time in performing their daily/weekly tasks from an Operations Reporting view.
  • Lead AIMS tool support from implementation, daily support and future development of the tool.
  • Collaborate and Support with other NA OPEX Team members with their responsibilities outside of the Operations Reporting focus areas.
