Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is now looking for another passionate professional to join our team in a position of:

Trade AP Team Lead (Europe)

You will be responsible for:

  Overlooking AP station accounting processes by

  • Ensuring correct and timely trade invoice processing
  • Supplier reconciliations and store support on admin tasks related to goods receipts
  • Coordinating closing of accounts and provide support to station managers
  • Executing and document process Key Controls for internal compliance monitoring
  • Identifying and analysing financial discrepancies, recommend, implement and follow-up effective resolutions
  • Securing process quality, standardization and automation, as well as participation in process standardization and efficiency projects

  Providing leadership

  • Create and support an environment of trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort
  • Motivate and inspire team members
  • Lead by setting a good example (role model) – behavior consistent with words
  • Facilitate problem solving and collaboration
  • Assure that the team members have the necessary support and training to effectively participate on the team

  Communicate team status, task accomplishment, and direction

  • Coordinate with internal and external business partners
  • Provide status reporting of team activities against the program plan or schedule
  • Escalate issues which cannot be resolved by the team
  • Provide guidance to the team based on management direction

You have the following qualification, skills and experience:
  Background in AP accounting within an international company (2+ years)
  Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
  Organizational and time-management skills
  Decision-making skills
  Self-driven, pro-active, high quality focus in deliverables and deadlines
  Proficient in English

Monthly Salary- Starting from 1700 EUR gross.
