  • Ensures availability consistent with special project events and arrives for each scheduled shift.
  • Adheres to Company dress code policies when working within store locations during special project events.
  • Accurately trains team on how to provide information to customers about the rebranding initiative during special project events. Ensures customers have a positive and pleasant experience.
  • Learns, maintains and follows standards regarding “pitching” the Easy Pay Rewards program to customers in a clear and effective manner. Equips team will the same level of knowledge.
  • Efficiently and effectively coordinates the scheduling and execution of special project events.
  • Carefully transports and sets-up all equipment and marketing signage for special project events.  
  • Works as a team member by treating coworkers, customers, and others with dignity and respect to support a positive working environment.
  • Other related responsibilities as assigned.

    To properly perform the duties of this position as outlined above, it is essential that the individual be able to meet the following physical demands:

  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with associates, managers, and customers.
  • Ability to remain in a stationary standing position for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to move around a designated store constantly to attend to customers.
  • Ability to occasionally transport up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead (i.e., setting up event signage and displays)
  • Ability to occasionally transport up to 50 pounds from ground to waist (i.e., loading equipment into a vehicle).
  • Ability to grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands for entire shift. (This handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may require climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs).
  • Be exposed to occasional noise.
  • Ability to position one’s self to stoop, kneel, and squat.
  • Able to reach overhead for objects.
  • Ability to work alone or in a team.

    Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of experience in a customer service role at Circle K or equivalent retail establishment.
  • Must have a flexible schedule.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 100% of the time.
  • Must possess a current valid driver’s license to operate a company vehicle.
  • Ability to read, listen to, and follow directions in English.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
