Circle K Business Centre Riga, Latvia is looking for:

Senior Manager Business Enablement Tools  (EU Customer Service Center)

Main responsibilities: 

  • Develop CRM vision and strategy within the company by focusing on regional and function-specific (sales, customer service, marketing, and finance) business challenges  

  • Translate the vision and strategy into product roadmaps by focusing on existing solutions (Sales cloud, service cloud & marketing cloud) and evaluate system add-on necessity to support the strategy  

  • Execute the product roadmap plan in cooperation with the IT team and other functions. Be able to calculate the business value for each roadmap steps and create a business case and follow funding request procedure 

  • Lead small to mid-size initiatives and projects from a CRM perspective and represent a CRM standpoint in large scale projects

  • Maintain high CRM system set-up quality & compliance by focusing on end to end process automation, harmonization, and user community engagement. Develop value-added KPIs for the CRM system quality and report on a regular basis

  • Maintain and develop a backlog prioritization module for all the incoming change requests and projects, have close prioritization cooperation with IT and other product/project owners. Have clear and transparent communication about the existing priorities. Report on development velocity and improve timeline forecasting

  • Drive CRM promotion within different levels of the company and improve business functions by introducing new best practices. Act as a management consultant and participate in business management and project delivery discussions

  • Constant focus on “continuous next” within the field of CRM, evaluate and propose enhancements in the company to target the most painful business challenges 

  • Lead and develop a fierce team of highly competent CRM leads and specialists

Experience and competencies: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or IT (can be compensated with equal work experience) 

  • Salesforce Consultant Certification in at least one of the areas (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Administration) 

  • Several years of experience in one of the following: business consultation, project management, sales and/or customer service, marketing, IT  

  • Thorough understanding of CRM best practices (preferably Salesforce) 

  • Experience with software lifecycle management and IT project management methods  

  • High proficiency English  

  • Strong business analytics skills 

  • Excellent communication skills with a competency to translate technologies and IT tools into a business context. Engaging personality to drive business changes and challenge the status quo 

The following competence will be seen as an advantage: 

  • Product management or ownership experience
