Senior Manager Operations (Customer Contact Centre)

Role Description:

You are passionate about customers, like to lead, inspire and develop people. We are looking for you to joint the European Customer service team currently serving 8 markets, and with ambition to grow further. We offer you the opportunity to be part of truly global company with great career opportunities. Manage customer service teams located in Riga (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Latvia) according to set plans, budgets, KPI`s and actions. Be key contact person towards internal customer (Business units) in aligning the processes and drive improvements. Actively participate in the roll out of both employee engagement as well as business improvement and efficiency projects. Leadership role for managers for the service teams.

Responsibility:

  Ensure stable customer service operations within set SL, goals, budget and FTE frames

  Hire, retain and develop employees under supervision

  Lead/be part of the implementation of strategic projects such as launching new systems, new channels, new communication tools and approaches

  Propose the operational efficiency initiatives

  Serve as an stakeholder management escalation point in the organisational matrix

  Ensure GDPR compliance in area of responsibility

Requirements:

  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management (preferably MBA)

  Preferably 3 years experience in similar position

  Solid leadership skills

  Good knowledge about customer service and/or sales operations from retail or other similar industries

  Basic marketing knowledge

  Good communication skills

  Strong English language skills, good level of the Scandinavian languages will be considered as an advantage
