​​​​​​At the station, every day is different, so you have the chance to gain experience in many areas. In cooperation with the entire team, you will be responsible for quick and friendly customer service and ensuring that the store is clean and tidy, and the shelves are full of products.

​​​​​​In addition to your Customer Service Rep responsibilities, this is your first step into a supervisory role.  You will learn how to lead a shift in the absence of a management team member. You will also have an opportunity to learn how to perform various management tasks, and ultimately you'll be involved with helping the store achieve its goals.

In this position, you will assist the Store Manager in his or her daily duties and in leading the team.  You will be responsible for completing management tasks in the absence of the manager. Together, along with the entire team, you will provide excellent service at our stations.

As a Station Manager, you will promote excellent customer service and take care of the station in the way you would care about your own business. You will also be responsible for recruiting and training new station staff, as well as for the further development of your team. Your tasks will also include conducting analyses of daily sales and costs and developing plans to maximize sales and profit, which will ensure the achievement of the goals set for your station.

Market Manager

The next step in the career of many Station Managers is to work as a Market Manager. Working in this position, you will be responsible for an area comprising approximately 13 stations and a team of Managers running those stations. Every day you will visit two to three stations, discuss sales with employees, set standards and together with your team make decisions about new initiatives to ensure that your budget is achieved.

Regional Director of Operations

As a Regional Director of Operations, you will manage and direct operations of the business within a specific geographic region. You are skilled at developing long-term operational strategies, working closely with senior management to meet company objectives. Strong business, communication, and budgeting skills are essential to this job, as are time-management and decision-making skills.

Vice President

Vice Presidents are strong leaders. They must make confident and important decisions, often in lieu of the CEO or president. Communicating their ideas clearly, presenting new concepts or directions, and leading the company with clarity and transparency are essential to the role.

As a vice president, you would act as a leadership figure and may manage a several department to help them reach goals and provide results for the company.

The Senior Vice President oversees several business units and evaluates the performance of each while leading the BU Vice Presidents. You would set business goals (e.g maximizing revenue) and solve internal issues when needed. 

The President/CEO is responsible for managing the company's overall operation. This may include delegating and directing agendas, driving profitability, managing company organizational structure, strategy, and communicating with the board.
